Eurogamer confirm via independent sources: Call of Duty 2021 to be called “Vanguard”.

The latest news hot of the press surrounding Call of Duty 2021, is that it is to be titled “Call of Duty: WWII Vanguard.” That’s a bit of a mouthful, and so we expect to see it referred to as Call of Duty: Vanguard or even COD Vanguard by the masses as time goes on.
Call of Duty: Vanguard will release in Q3 2021 and is under development by Sledgehammer Games. It is rumoured to be set in the 1950’s, post what we know to be the end of WWII, but many are speculating that the game will follow a narrative based upon an alternative timeline where WWII does not end.
